This is a twist on the classic basil smash... the classic is delicious of course but the Kiff Cordials Strawberry & Hibiscus just brings another level to this cocktail and makes it way more playful.
Recipe
Glass - Tumbler
Method - add all the ingredients except for the cassis to a shaker with lots of ice. shake vigorously for 15 seconds and fine strain over crushed ice into your glass. drizzle the cassis over the top, garnish and enjoy.
Ingredients -
- 50ml Tanqueray London dry gin
- 25ml Kiff Cordials Strawberry & Hibiscus
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 4 basil leaves
- 15ml creme de cassis
Garnish - fresh basil, seasonal berries and a little icing sugar
